Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made on Pipecode.ai, operated by TechPathX, registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing a subscription or any paid service, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Pipecode.ai are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances explicitly described in this policy.

This applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Yearly subscriptions
  • Promotional pricing
  • Discounted subscriptions
  • Any other paid services

Once access to paid content is granted, refunds will not be issued except as described below.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

2.1 Duplicate Payment

These limitations are necessary due to the immediate access granted to digital educational content.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining period

Cancellation does not retroactively refund past payments.

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation.

We are not responsible for unwanted renewals if cancellation is not completed before the renewal date.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent account termination
  • Loss of access to all services

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery.

8. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse, including:

  • Repeated refund requests
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Misuse of platform access

Such accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

9. Exceptions at Company Discretion

In rare and exceptional cases, we may grant refunds at our sole discretion.
