5. Platform Technology Protection

All platform technology, including software, backend systems, and architecture, is proprietary.

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Attempt to discover source code
• Replicate platform functionality
• Create competing services using similar structure or content

Unauthorized use of platform technology is prohibited.

6. Educational Content Notice

Pipecode.ai provides educational content based on independently created, adapted, and rewritten materials designed for learning purposes.

While content may be inspired by common industry concepts, patterns, or publicly known interview formats, all materials provided on the platform are original works owned by TechPathX.

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Trademarks

"Pipecode", "Pipecode.ai", and associated logos, names, and branding elements are the exclusive property of TechPathX.
